When looking to get an EPC on a property with 5 or more bedrooms, please call as prices will increase dependant on the number of bedrooms in the property.
Draft Certificate
We also offer a draft certificate for the same price.
(The results will not be entered into the EPC register)
Find out the results of the assessment then get a second assessment for an EPC certificate for HALF the initial price once improvements to the property have been made.
This saves you from paying full price for 2 certificates if the initial draft results of the property meant improvements had to be made.
The Process
Getting your EPC is fast and simple, a domestic energy assessor (DEA) will arrive at the property and give a visual inspection of all areas of the building and takes in most cases approximately 30-40 minutes.
Elements of a property that will be assessed includes lighting, electric meters, heating and hot water systems, gas, windows , property construction and loft space if accessible. Floor space will also be measured.
Photographic evidence is gathered where necessary and all calculations will be put into our software which calculates an energy efficiency rating from A to G, A is most efficient and G is least efficient.
All certificates will be placed on the national EPC database within 24 hours of the assessment.
